You'll be joining a close-knit team of three experienced, passionate DVMs, with additional expertise in soft tissue, orthopedic, and laser surgery.

Our client's well-equipped facility includes: - Digital radiography
- In-house diagnostic laboratory
- Dental radiography
- Ultrasound
- Surgical suite
- Therapeutic & surgical laser
What You'll Be Doing - Managing a varied daily caseload including consults, diagnostics, and surgeries
- Regularly performing soft tissue surgeries (with opportunities to advance skills in orthopedics and laser surgery if of interest to the successful applicant)
- Building lasting client relationships through compassionate, communicative care

Schedule & Hours Hospital - Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Sat & Sun: Closed
- Full-time typically completed in four days per week (30 hours = full-time)
- No after-hours or emergency call expectations
Compensation & Benefits - $130,000-$160,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
- 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
- $30,000 sign-on/relocation bonus
- 3 weeks PTO + public holidays
- $3,000+ CE allowance annually
