Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Support end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and business impact assessments.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and end-users.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to capture requirements.
Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations as needed.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development and outcome validation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to organisational standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into structured documentation.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, user stories, process mapping).
Proficiency in MS Office, collaboration tools, and requirement-gathering methods.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
