This is a remote position.
We are looking for a committed and meticulous Data Entry Support Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. You will support data operations from your home office, handling data input, verification, and maintenance. This remote role allows you to work flexibly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Accurately input and update data from various sources into internal systems, working remotely.
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions, and take corrective action as needed.
Perform data quality checks and support the maintenance of data integrity in a remote work environment.
Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure timely completion of data tasks and support remote workflows.
Maintain digital records and assist with organizing and storing data files securely while working remotely.
Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets in the remote setting.
Suggest improvements to remote data entry routines and support initiatives to streamline remote operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working remotely.
Comfortable working from home in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) or equivalent software.
Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate virtually.
Competitive hourly rate of $27–35 per hour .
