In this role, you’ll dive deep into developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models. You’ll get to analyze large datasets to uncover insights that drive business decisions and create predictive analytics solutions that push the envelope. Part of your day will involve building data pipelines to ensure our models are smoothly deployed. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and present your findings to the executive team, making sure everyone’s on the same page. Optimizing model performance and accuracy will be key, and you’ll maintain meticulous documentation of your methodologies to keep everything organized. A/B testing? You’ll help design and implement frameworks to test our hypotheses and validate our models. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in Data Science, ideally with an MS or PhD in the field or a related area like Statistics. Your programming skills in Python and R will be put to the test, alongside your experience with powerful ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. If you know your way around SQL and data manipulation, that’s a big plus! We also hope you’re comfortable with big data technologies and have a knack for statistical analysis. Communication is key, so being able to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable advice is essential. Ideally, you’ve spent 3-7 years working in a Data Science role, honing your skills in an analytics setting. Since this role is based in Garden Grove, familiarity with the local tech scene or industry trends could give you a leg up.
