Job Title: Entry-Level Event Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of events, working closely with the events team to ensure successful coordination and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics, such as venue setup, catering, AV equipment, and transportation for attendees.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met.
• Help manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and distribute event-related materials such as invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and expectations are met.
• Maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and providing updates to the event manager.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining event documentation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to event locations as needed.
