Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Develop and oversee safety and environmental programs

 Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Tennessee environmental compliance

 Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations

 Manage permitting, reporting, hazardous waste, and spill prevention

 Lead employee safety training and emergency response planning

 Partner with operations to drive a proactive, zero-incident culture

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or

equivalent experience)

 5+ years of safety/environmental experience in manufacturing or industrial

operations

 Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state environmental regulations

 Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

 Experience in metals or heavy manufacturing

 Environmental permitting/reporting experience

 Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.)
