🔧 What You’ll Do in This Role
As a key member of our service team, you will:
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and CSD1 boiler inspections
• Interpret schematics and manufacturer specifications
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Communicate clearly with customers about service findings and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Stay current with advancing HVAC technologies and best practices
⭐ What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an individual with:
• 7–10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• A professional, customer-focused communication style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in all weather conditions
