As a pharmacist at Ninja, you will be essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, from dispensing medications to counseling patients about their therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols.

• Provide comprehensive medication consultation to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment and medication plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate and manage patient medication therapy and optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitor patient health progress and address any medication-related issues promptly.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical advancements and provide recommendations based on clinical evidence.

• Uphold compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards within the pharmacy.

• Assist in the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.

• Train and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice and patient care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• 1-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of pharmacology and medication management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to analyze and simplify complex medical information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the pharmacy field.
