CAREER OPPORTUNITY – RESERVATIONS AGENT
Our client, a leading car rental company is seeking to recruit a customer driven and motivated individual to fill the position of Reservations Agent.
The Role
The Reservations Agent will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for:

Preparing the Daily Delivery and Pickup Schedules.
Receiving reservation requests (via phone, email or website) and recording all related data accurately in the reservations and accounts system.
Answering the telephone professionally and handling customer service issues or requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
Providing the Workshop Manager Dispatcher with all the relevant information relating to the servicing of clients.
Recording the sales and transactions and balancing the airport sales received, cashbook and petty cash at the end of the shift.
Providing assistance as needed regarding assisting with rental deliveries to customers and collection of vehicles.
Assisting the team by providing office support as needed.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must:

Have passes at CXC level with Grade 1 to 3 in English Language and Mathematics with at least one year’s experience in a similar role.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay attention to detail.
Possess good time management skills.
Be willing to work extended hours as needed especially during peak seasons.
Be a team player.
Possess good work ethics.
Demonstrate good use of initiative.

A Valid driver’s license would be an asset.
